Transforming Wellbeing Through Community and Connection

At Mudita Salus CIC, we are committed to promoting holistic well-being by combining the healing power of nature with community and personal growth. Our name reflects our purpose- "mudita," meaning joy in the well-being of others, and "salus," the Roman goddess of health and safety.

Our Mission

Making Wellbeing Accessible to All

We strive to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, others, and nature. Through our nature-based experiences, workshops, and retreats, we nurture physical, mental, and emotional wellness while helping individuals and communities build resilience, strength, and connection.

Our Vision

A World Where Wellbeing is a Right, Not a Luxury

We envision a future where everyone has the opportunity to experience the joy and healing found in nature, while building the resilience needed to face life’s challenges. By offering subsidised services and reinvesting in the community, we make holistic health and wellness accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life.
