Cancellation Policy

At Mudita Salus CIC, we strive to provide inclusive and accessible services. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both participants and our organisation:

1. Participant Cancellations:

   • More than 7 days' notice: Full refund or option to reschedule, subject to availability.

   • Less than 7 days' notice: 50% refund or reschedule, subject to availability.

   • Less than 48 hours' notice: No refund or reschedule, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).

2. Organisation Cancellations:

   • In the unlikely event we need to cancel, participants will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

3. No-Shows:

   • No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed sessions without prior notice.
