Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of Weston Woods with our FREE Connect3 nature connection walks, made possible thanks to funding from The National Lottery. This free session offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, ground yourself, and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. You’ll start with a guided meditation, followed by a mindful walk to connect with nature, and finish with a reflective group discussion to share experiences and build community.
